Ramiro and Claudia Martinez have been serving throughout Latin America from their home base in Mexico since 2001. They train and equip leaders through the International Leadership Institute (ILITEAM), Xplore and Go Mobilize (ViaNations), Global Focus Ministry, and COMIBAM (Latin America Coming Together). These tools help churches across Latin America participate more effectively in God’s mission locally and globally. The Martinezes spend much of their time traveling across Mexico and Latin America. Paola Martinez, daughter of Claudia and Ramiro Martinez, knew since age 15 that God was calling her to devote her life to the efforts of reaching ethnic groups with the least access to the gospel. As a World Renewal Missionary from 2022-2025, that looked like working with a church-planting team in Barcelona, Spain, focused on discipleship and leadership development in an area where peoples from the various countries around the Mediterranean come together.
