Training Online Instead of Traveling

In the midst of the COVID-19 global pandemic, God’s Mission does not stop. Claudia is training in Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Argentina, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Chile, Belize, Canada (Spanish speaking churches), Spain, Cuba and more countries are being added each month.
Ramiro is the International Director of Leadership Development for World Renewal. He works with the International Leadership Institute to reach people all over the world and the US from his office in Mexico. God is using him to mentor teams of leader coaches. He says, “multiplication is the key and thus we are supporting local teams that are already training in Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, and Peru”.
Like so many today, Ramiro and Claudia use online training, in place of face-to-face training, and it has opened doors to more countries than ever before.
